The Transition House is a contracted provider for the Department of Corrections in Florida, Washington, and Alabama through the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
Program offerings at each facility vary to best meet the needs of the clients being served. They are designed to assist our clients with a measurable reduction in recidivism and reintegration into their community.
While residing in our program facilities, clients are gainfully employed and receive substance abuse treatment, group therapy, education and vocational training. Our value-added services teach our clients problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution and recovery maintenance skills.
