Our Memphis counseling center is a comprehensive, full-spectrum community health center, licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. We provide individualized psychiatric care, individualized mental health and substance use counseling to meet your recovery needs.
We offer medication management, mental health and substance use evaluations, and counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. We take a holistic approach to help empower you to lead a more successful and productive life. Our highly qualified clinicians work with you to help develop a personalized course of treatment. We are here to guide you and help you learn to make healthy decisions and live a productive life.
We accept all major insurances including Tenncare, Medicare and Medicaid.
We hope to guide and empower all of our clients through their struggles with diseases and disorders such as anxiety, depression, domestic violence, post-traumatic stress disorders and substance abuse.

Dr. Leigh Pitre is a Doctoral Level Clinician from Memphis, Tennessee. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana in 2013, earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis in 2016, and obtained her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Memphis in 2019. Dr. Pitre enjoys and has experience working with trauma, attachment disorders, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, criminal behavior, and interpersonal life issues. Dr. Pitre utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered, somatic experience, and psychodynamic approach with therapy. She believes in the importance of healing from a mind, body, and soul perspective. She is trained in EMDR, Acudetox, and other experiential approaches. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis Counseling Program. In her free time, Dr. Pitre enjoys doing CrossFit, reading, spending time with her son, and being outdoors.
