Inspire Counseling and Support Center located in Leominster MA offers a diverse range of services which includes but is not limited to case management, psychiatric evaluations, Medication Assisted
Treatment (MAT) using Vivitrol in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a range of behavioral health services for children and teens, substance use treatment, mental health counseling and group therapy.
We are experienced in treating depression, substance use, PTSD, and other behavioral health areas. Our case management services help individuals navigate through systems to find resources that range from employment, housing, childcare, and healthcare. We offer individual, group and family counseling, we can tailor your mental health needs in a way that will guide you to have a brighter and healthier life. We believe in a personalized approach and work to help you achieve your goals. Our counselors and case managers will work with you to personalize your own treatment and support you on your journey for a brighter and healthier life.
Behavioral health services are available for children (seven years and older), adolescents and adults. All of our services are available in both English and Spanish.

Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology from King’s College in Pennsylvania, where she worked in Quakertown as a supervisor for an off-site residential home. In 2014, she graduated with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and continued her work doing individual and family counseling before joining The Transition House. Ms. Minarik is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (ACBIS) and is SOAR Trained to work with patients who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. Other certifications include Mental Health First Aid, Couple’s Counseling, Batterer’s Intervention and Parenting. Her practice specialties and interests include individual and group counseling for adolescents, adults, couples, families and members of the LGBTQ community. Her treatment specialties include assessment and treatment planning, evaluations, crisis intervention and dual diagnosis; treatment for PTSD, suicide risk, ADHD, Autism and Aspergers, addictions, depression, grief, anxiety, brain injuries, and domestic violence. She is experienced in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. Ms. Minarik is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and Chi Sigma Iota - Tau Epsilon. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys watching football, spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
